Heat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Crust: In medium bowl, mix flour, sugar and butter until crumbly. Press firmly into greased 13 x 9-inch (33 x 23 cm) baking pan. Bake 20 to 22 minutes, or until light golden.
Topping: In large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, corn syrup and melted butter until blended. Stir in butterscotch chips and cashews. Spread evenly over crust.
Bake 22 to 25 minutes longer, or until set and golden. Cool completely then cut into bars.
