Cookies drizzled with HERSHEY’S CHIPITS Dark Chocolate Chips, stuffed with marshmallows and HERSHEY’S SPECIAL DARK Bar.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line one to two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix softened butter, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add vanilla, flour, and HERSHEY’S CHIPITS. Knead with hands until even consistency.
Take 2 tbsps (30 mL) of dough and roll into two balls. Flatten on a cutting board. Place one graham cracker, two marshmallows and two pieces of HERSHEY’S SPECIAL DARK Bar on one piece of dough. Top with another piece of dough to create a sandwich and seal the edges.
Place cookies on prepared baking sheet and bake for 9 minutes.
Let cool and melt HERSHEY’S CHIPITS Dark Chocolate Chips to drizzle over cookie and add 2 pieces of HERSHEY’S SPECIAL DARK Bar, one mini marshmallow and one piece of graham cracker on top of the cookie. Store covered and enjoy within 7 to 9 days.
