Elevate your ice cream sandwich game with this easy to make recipe. Choose your favourite flavor of HERSHEY'S EGGIES Candies and nice fluffy Brioche buns for a perfect treat!
BAKE MODE:
Prevent your screen from going dark while you bake.
Scoop ice cream onto bottom half of each bun. Cap with top halves of buns.
Substitute the vanilla ice cream for your favourite flavour of ice cream. This recipe works nicely with gelato, too.
Drizzle melted chocolate over tops of buns. Sprinkle 1 tbsp (15 mL) coconut on top of each bun. Top each bun with HERSHEY’S EGGIES Candy.
Serve immediately (or make 1 hour ahead and freeze until ready to serve).
Use small brioche buns for mini ice cream sandwiches.
Replace the brioche buns with doughnuts of your choice if desired.
