Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease muffin tin or line with cupcake liners.
Beat eggs and mashed bananas together. Stir in the flours, sugar, salt and baking soda until just combined; do not overmix.
Fold in HERSHEY’S CHIPITS Dark Chocolate Chips and walnuts.
Pour batter into prepared muffin tin and top with banana chips for garnish.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
