  • 1 1/2 cups
    regular oats (375 mL)
  • 3/4 cup
    organic all-purpose flour (or non-organic flour) (175 mL)
  • 3/4 cup
    brown sugar (175 mL)
  • 1/2 cup
    unsalted margarine, softened (or butter) (125 mL)
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda (2 mL)
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder (2 mL)
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon (2 mL)
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract (2 mL)
  • 1 tbsp
    chia seeds (15 mL)
  • 1/4 cup
    dried cranberries (50 mL)
  • 1/4 cup
    pumpkin seeds (50 mL)
  • salt

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.

Beat softened, unsalted margarine or butter with brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Add 1 egg and beat until combined.

In a separate bowl, mix oats with organic all-purpose flour or non-organic flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Gradually add in the oat flour mixture into the butter mixture just until combined.

Gently fold in HERSHEY’S CHIPITS Pure Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, chia seeds, cranberries and pumpkin seeds.

Scoop 1 tbsp (15 mL) of cookie batter onto prepared baking sheet, placing 2” (5 cm) apart.

Bake for 12-14 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
