Blender

Place ice cream, milk and all but 1 tbsp (15 mL) CHIPITS COOKIES 'N' CREME baking chips in a blender. Blend until very smooth.

Divide the milkshake evenly between four glasses. Garnish with whipped cream, HERSHEY'S Chocolate Syrup and remaining CHIPITS COOKIES 'N' CREME baking chips (as desired).
