    half and half (10%) cream (250 mL)
  • 1/2 cup
    milk (125 mL)
  • 1/4 cup
    packed brown sugar (60 mL)
  • 2 tsps
    vanilla extract (10 mL)
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon (5 mL)
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground allspice (1 mL)
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves (1 mL)
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger (1 mL)
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground nutmeg (1 mL)

    bananas, sliced
  • 1
    brioche bread loaf, cubed (14 oz/400 g)
  • 3/4 cup
    HERSHEY'S CHIPITS Pure Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (plus 2 tbsps), divided (205 mL)
  • 3/4 cup
    chopped walnuts, divided (175 mL)

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease 11 x 7-inch (28 x 18 cm) baking dish.

Whisk eggs, cream, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, ginger and nutmeg in medium bowl until blended. Add bananas, brioche cubes, 3/4 cup (175 mL).

HERSHEY’S CHIPITS Pure Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and 1/2 cup (125 mL) walnuts; toss to coat. Transfer to baking dish and sprinkle with remaining HERSHEY'S CHIPITS and remaining walnuts.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown, edges are crisp and mixture is set.

Tips

Serve with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or dollop of plain Greek yogurt, if desired.

Drizzle with pure maple syrup or liquid honey for extra sweetness.
