Cookies topped with HERSHEY’S CHIPITS COOKIES 'N' CREME Chips and stuffed with HERSHEY’S COOKIES 'N' CREME Bar.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line one to two baking sheets with parchment paper.
For inner cookie: mix softened butter, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add vanilla and flour and mix well. Knead with hands until even consistency. Set aside.
For outer cookie: mix softened butter, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add vanilla, flour and HERSHEY'S CHIPITS COOKIES 'N' CREME Baking Chips. Knead with hands until even consistency.
Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) of inner dough and roll it into two separate balls. Slightly flatten them on a cutting board. Place two HERSHEY'S CHIPITS COOKIES 'N' CREME Bar pieces on one piece of dough. Top with the other piece of dough to create a sandwich and seal the edges. Cover the inner dough with 1.5 tablespoons (20 mL) of outer dough. Finish by pressing down slightly and placing two HERSHEY’S CHIPITS COOKIES ‘N’ CREME Baking Chips on top.
Place cookies on prepared baking sheet and bake for 9 minutes.
Let cool and add 3 pieces of HERSHEY'S CHIPITS COOKIES 'N' CREME Bar on top of cookie. Store covered and enjoy within 7 to 9 days.
